from the medic Chris Long arrived at my house till the minute he left. He was courteous, professional, and such a nice guy. He knew everything there was about the problems I had with my plumbing and he was very helpful. Arrived on site client stated that he would like for us to replace his toilet. Toilet was clogged upon arrival and the customer decided it was best to get a new toilet. Today we replaced the old Kohler toilet with an American standard comfort height elongated bowl toilet. With the new toilet we put a new wax ring, Johnny bolts, supply line, and shutoff valve. Tested for leaks by flushing multiple times. There are no leaks at this time and toilet is flushing as it should.
Arrived to the home, customer states the existing tub spout for the shower has copper exposed and is standing proud off the wall. I advised to the client that there is a slight risk that the copper might break in the event of trying to remove it. I provided options and the client would first like to see if it can be replaced without cutting open the wall. Disconnected and removed existing tub spout from the home. Cleaned and prepped the piping for the new install. Supplied and installed new tub spout. Secured my connections and tested to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Caulked spout for client as well.
Second floor bathroom master bedroom sink clogged arrived on site sink backs up immediately took apart. P-trap ran flex shaft multiple times to clear all of hair and soap grease and debris and lime filled sync up dropped can see whirlpool great draining.

Arrived to home for ejector pit issues. We were out here for a clog. Technician noticed that the inlet pipe settled causing it to get disconnected from pit itself. To correct this issue we would need to pull entire pit and drop or raise pipe going into main stack. Gave 2 options. Option one would be complete replacement of entire pit and pump.
Arrived on site to complete toilet rebuild on 1st floor toilet. Replaced flapper, fill valve and toilet supply line. Turned water on when done to test for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
Annual plumbing inspection in Morganville NJ
Arrived on call to perform plumbing inspection. Clients downstairs bathroom toilet needs a minor rebuild as rubber on flapper is mostly eaten away due to water quality. Recommend minor rebuild as other components in tank are mostly eaten away likely the same age. Client would like to schedule the work to be performed on another day.
Arrived on site client stated his basement toilet was clogged and anytime he ran the tub it would come out of the tub. Upon inspection the ejector pit seems to be pumping just fine. Ran water in the tub and the toilet started bubbling. Clog appears to be from the toilet to the pit. Pulled toilet and snaked the line. After snaking I count camera down the line and found ball of toilet paper stuck in one spot. When I removed the ejector pit lid I found that the inlet pipe for the pit moved and no longer aligns with the pit opening. Client will call builder to see if it is under warranty if not he will call us back for an estimate to fix the issue.

2 main shut off valves and replace cartridge Arrived to home for leaking main. Upon inspection found that both mains were leaking and water was turned off. Customer also has D old valve that wasn’t holding telling me it’s a cartridge. Left multiple options. Today MyGuy supplied and installed 2 main shut off valves and Moen cartridge. Tested for leaks, there are none at this time. Old handle had wrong screw from beginning and could not reattach handle. Gave customer information to go pick one up because we did not carry replacement on the truck.
Arrived on site customer stated that we have attempted to clear backed up laundry and kitchen drain on the first attempt we were able to clear kitchen drain but not the washing machine drain. Second attempt we tried to clear laundry drain but had no success. I came back to try and jet laundry one more time before moving on to repairs on the drain in the slab. After jetting I found that we were successful in our attempts sent down camera to confirm the drain line is ok and the blockages have been removed. Tested work by running washing machine and draining and running hot water from supply into the drain for approximately 10 mins with no back ups. Everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks or clogs at this time. No payment collected performed as courtesy.
