2 main shut off valves and replace cartridge Arrived to home for leaking main. Upon inspection found that both mains were leaking and water was turned off. Customer also has D old valve that wasn’t holding telling me it’s a cartridge. Left multiple options. Today MyGuy supplied and installed 2 main shut off valves and Moen cartridge. Tested for leaks, there are none at this time. Old handle had wrong screw from beginning and could not reattach handle. Gave customer information to go pick one up because we did not carry replacement on the truck.
Arrived on site customer stated that we have attempted to clear backed up laundry and kitchen drain on the first attempt we were able to clear kitchen drain but not the washing machine drain. Second attempt we tried to clear laundry drain but had no success. I came back to try and jet laundry one more time before moving on to repairs on the drain in the slab. After jetting I found that we were successful in our attempts sent down camera to confirm the drain line is ok and the blockages have been removed. Tested work by running washing machine and draining and running hot water from supply into the drain for approximately 10 mins with no back ups. Everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks or clogs at this time. No payment collected performed as courtesy.

Clear, clogged shower drain in toms River New Jersey
Upon arrival, customer stated we had been out prior to today’s visit to clear a clogged drain line. The drain line question was believed to be the the washing machine drain. See previous invoice dated September 16, 2025. Today’s visit Friday, September 19, 2025: Customer stated that the drain was still clogged. Technician attempted to clear the drain using a pistol stake and also a flex shaft snake sending each at separate times and both approximately 20 to 30 feet before feeling resistance from a possible blockage. Unfortunately, I was unable to get through the resistance. An inspection camera is needed to locate and identify what is causing the resistance. While testing the drain line several times it filled and overflowed rather quickly. It did drain slowly, but not the way it should. Considering the fact that this is a pumped discharge from a washing machine most the drain should be completely clear before use. An appointment will be scheduled to Camera the line as part of the prio
Upon arrival customer explained concern with laundry stand pipe backing up when washing machine drains, as well as kitchen sink being affected at the same time. After inspecting and testing drains we recommend clearing the drain line from laundry drain to restore flow to both kitchen sink and laundry drain. All work was checked for proper flow and leaks, there are no leaks at this time and drains are working properly at this time.
Used jetted to clear laundry drain line
Arrived at call to cut and cap gas lines. Customer stated they would like to gas lines removed and capped serving fireplace. Customer also would like an estimate to move their 50 gallon power vent water heater next to furnace. Today we cut out 2 1 inch gas lines and capped fittings. After installation, all connections were tested for leaks, and no leaks were found. Air was bled out of gas lines. We insured water heater is lit and works as well as furnace. 6 month parts and labor warranty.
